About the guesthouse

Our guesthouse is a brick-built, two-story semi-detached house with a wooden ceiling, a residence livable in winter and summer, which has three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as a living room, and an entrance hall-kitchen-dining area. The entire building is air-conditioned, a total of four high-performance cooling-heating heat pumps ensure a pleasant temperature throughout the year. All windows of the house are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters / blackout curtains, and the front door and the large terrace door in the living room are also fitted with mosquito nets. We are a baby-friendly accommodation: we have a high chair, a crib with mattress, two bed guards, two step stools, a small bathtub, as well as a safety gate that can be mounted on the stairs; these are available to our guests upon request. Bringing pets into the guesthouse is FORBIDDEN!

The building was constructed in 2019 and opened its doors to guests in 2022.

The garden

• the garden of our guesthouse is grassy, landscaped, equipped with automatic irrigation system
• within the yard, a paved parking space has been created for two cars, and in front of the fence on the street for an additional two cars
• next to the inner parking space, the playground is located (use at your own risk only)
• In front of the entrance door, there is the 24m² covered large terrace, where a comfortable garden dining set for 12 people provides a pleasant place for shared meals.
• On the side of the living room, there is the also covered small terrace, where a comfortable corner seating set is available for our guests.
• Next to the terrace, in the designated area, you will find the garden barbecue, the family swing, and there is also an opportunity to play table tennis.
